Birth Certificate of Student (Must for Pre Primary and Class 1)

Original Transfer Certificate of Student (For Class 2nd and onwards )

Original Marksheet of Student (For Class 1st and onwards )

Adhar Card Xerox ( of student and parents)

Caste Certificate Xerox or TC Xerox of Father

Photo of student – 3 copies

Photo of Parents – 2 copies each
