Curriculum Research and Development
The Research and Development Team at Birla Open Minds (BOM), is responsible for creating and designing a unique Birla curriculum which merges seamlessly well with the various Indian as well as International boards. The R&D team comprises of qualified and experienced teachers, teacher educators, researchers, curriculum developers, child psychologists and ex-university faculty.
Teacher Training and Teacher Support
Birla Open Minds provides Teacher Training Workshops for the teachers at regular intervals to ensure successful implementation of its State-of-the-Art Curriculum. The workshop modules focus on cutting edge learning approaches in every subject; learner-centered activities, interactive lessons and blended solutions. On-site and off-site Teacher Support includes Headship Training, Induction Training, Refresher Training and Enrichment Training rounds for teachers; besides the teacher observation and support rounds provided on regular basis, to aid teachers in effective implementation and professional growth.
